This July, Muzeum Chinese Restaurant invites all fruit
lovers for a tutti frutti adventure. Fresh luscious fruits will be incorporated
into a specially created menu for your dining enjoyment. Available throughout July 2012 for lunch and dinner on a la carte basis
from RM25.00++ per selection.
Fruits do not only complement desserts but they add a sweet
touch to savoury dishes as well. Our talented and creative kitchen team have
concocted ‘fruitful’ and nutritional savoury dishes to whet your appetite. Six
newly created dishes will be introduced to entice your taste buds. Craving for
something tangy-ish? Diners will truly enjoy some of these delicious offerings:
Deep-fried Crispy Boneless Chicken
with Sliced Mangoes in Orange Juice and
Deep-fried Fish Fillet with Yoghurt Strawberry in Sweet and Sour Sauce. Meanwhile,
meat lovers will definitely appreciate the tender and flavourful Stir-fried Sliced Venison topped with Bell
Pepper and Mango Juice …. Simply fruitilicious!
Other equally mouthwatering
dishes include Deep-fried Prawns Stuffed with
Fish Paste and Apple coated in Honey Sauce, Wok-fried Prawns with Papaya and Butter Sauce and Stir-fried Fresh Scallops with Celery and Mixed
Seasonal Fruits.
The above dishes go well with a bowl of steamed white rice
or it can even be enjoyed with Muzeum’s array of fried noodles and fried rice.
For dessert, do
try the Double-boiled Red Apples with
Lemongrass and Honey Dates. The nutritional
value of apples, rich in vitamin C and high in antioxidants and fibre, are
infused with honey dates, which are said to soothe and clear the throat while lemongrass
gives a calming effect to the digestive
system and works as a natural cold and cough reliever.
