Salai Lemak Cili Padi, Paru Goreng Tempe and Gulai Daging Kawah Batang Pisang complemented by medley of ulam-ulam and served with sambal belacan, budu, cincalok and tempoyak, much like ‘berbuka puasa’ fare at home.
The extensive

medley of condiments, Roasted Whole Lamb
Kuzi served with Black Pepper or Mint Sauce, Laksa Johor and Nasi Ulam. Diners can also savour dishes
prepared on the spot such as Grilled Assorted

Be bowled over

basis for diners’ enjoyment.
“We decided to bring back traditional
favourites as most of the items above are popular fare that our guests enjoy during
their berbuka puasa with us. For the specialties, I would recommend the Nasi
Kandar and Nasi Beriyani Gam with all its accompanying condiments. The Lamb
Kuzi is another popular must-try. Sometimes on a busy day, two whole lambs are
used”, explains Chef Samsuddin Ahmad, Sunway Putra Hotel’s Executive Sous
Chef when asked on the theme for this year’s Ramadhan Promotion.
“A total of seven different menus will be
rotated throughout the fasting month, offering variety and to suit all palates.
Of course, the emphasis will be on action stalls and Coffee House’s signature
offerings. Indeed, with such a wide selection, it is no wonder that some of our
regular diners drop by for berbuka puasa with either their family or friends
every week”, added Chef Samsuddin.
End the meal
with one of these fabulous desserts; not-to-be-missed Ice Kacang, Sago Gula Melaka, Pulut with Santan Durian, Tapai, Assorted
