EXOTIC JUNGLE BBQ

Go tropical this March as The Bar at Sunway Putra Hotel Kuala Lumpur is all set for a unique jungle bbq promotion.  The animal-print upholstery and the interior of The Bar does not only give you that ‘wild’ dining experience, but also a total escapism from the hectic urban jungle. The Exotic Jungle BBQ Promotion is available a la carte throughout March 2012 and is priced from RM12.00++ per selection.

There is nothing more comforting than to begin your meal with tasty bowl of Hot and Spicy Mexican Bean Soup served with Jalapeño Parmesan Chips Cheese Stick, followed by four different choices of delicious main course.

Sample Baked BBQ New Zealand Beef Short Ribs, marinated overnight with Smoked

Hickory BBQ Sauce, served with potatoes and mixed grilled vegetables or Grilled BBQ

New Zealand Lamb Shoulder served with potatoes and mixed grilled vegetables.

Diners can also opt for delectable poultry dish like Grilled BBQ Chicken Leg with Fresh Thyme served with potatoes and grilled corn on the cob or the delightful Pan-Fried BBQ Seabass, seasoned with fresh dill and served with potatoes, garlic-basil-olive reduction and mixed grilled vegetables.

All of the above are served with a selection of sauces; BBQ, Black Pepper, Mushroom or Tamarind Jus and diners may also choose from a variety of potatoes prepared in various ways; Baked Jacket Potato, Stuffed Potato, Mashed Potato or Roasted Potato.

To complement the tasty dishes, guests can also select from a wide range of red and white wines as well as freshly draught beers.

Located at Level 10, The Bar is the happening fun pub in town, offering great live entertainment in a vibrant setting.
