diners for something that blends the best of both worlds. “Previously we had a
rather similar promotion in our seasonal offerings, such as Spaghettini Aglio Olio with Glazed Teriyaki
Cod Fillet topped with Tobikko which was rather well-received. So we
decided to conjure a few more dishes of the similar concept for our diners. The
ingredients used combine staples from western cooking and elements from The
Land of the Rising Sun”, added Chef Lau, who has more than a decade of
experience in running a Japanese Restaurant.
Contemporary designed
in an avant-garde setting, The Japanese Restaurant serves a mix of authentic

egg and fish cake slices. If you are in favour of dry-based noodle, indulge in Seafood Mee Sua where fine strands of
vermicelli-like noodles are stir-fried with prawns, squids, chives and bean sprouts
topped with strands of omelette.

for that energy boost. Satisfy your taste buds with refined taste of Indian
cuisine, the Aromatic Chicken Briyani, where
