The two appetizers worth mentioning are Watarikani No Nama Harumaki (Soft Shell Crab Roll with Crunchy Salad and Avocado in Rice Paper) and Karatsuki Hotate To Wakame No Toryufu Miso Ae (Seared Fresh Scallops with Seaweed and Truffle-Miso Infusion).

So we decided to conjure a few more dishes of the similar concept for our diners. The ingredients used combine staples from western cooking and elements from The Land of the Rising Sun”, added Chef Lau, who has more than a decade of experience in running a Japanese Restaurant.

Contemporary designed in an avant-garde setting, The Japanese Restaurant serves a mix of authentic cuisine inspired from the Land of The Rising Sun with a modern twist. With a seating capacity of 150 guests, it is located at Level 10 and boasts of 5 private tatami rooms (the largest accommodating 12 persons) overlooking a landscaped garden.
