Father’s Day is here once again! It’s time to let him know just how much you appreciate and love him with a fantastic selection of local and international cuisines as well as specially prepared set menus to make his day.  Bring him over to Sunway Putra Hotel Kuala Lumpur and let him choose from three different restaurants.

 

Coffee House
(16 – 17 June 2012)
Father’s Day Hi-Tea                                     : RM60.00++ per person
Father’s Day Buffet Dinner                         : RM82.00++ per person

No matter what you call him, be it Daddy, Baba, Abah or Appa, pamper him to a bountiful Hi-Tea and Buffet Dinner with a wide array of delectable dishes. An assortment of more than fifty dishes will be offered for this special hi-tea while for the buffet dinner, there will be more than seventy dishes to suit and satisfy your taste buds.

For buffet dinner, build your daddy’s appetite with appetizers such as Stuffed Egg with Smoked Salmon, Chicken Roulade with Mango Salsa, Vegetable Terrine and Smoked Chicken Ham with Fresh Fruits Salad. Before heading to the main course counter, warm daddy’s heart with delicious hot piping soups such as Prawn Bisque with Cheese Sticks, Oxtail Tom Yam Soup and
English Lobster Chowder with Brunoised Vegetables served with Basil Garlic Toast.

Among some of the main dishes served include Portuguese Fish Stew with Roasted Pepper, Roasted Beef Rib Eye with Garlic and Thyme, Baked Salmon Lasagna with Spinach and Grilled Capsicum and Fresh Rosemary Grilled Lamb Rack with Artichokes and Mint Sauce. Asian food lovers will be happy to savour some of the Asian dishes served at the buffet counter such as Buttered Fried Prawns with Curry Leaves, Steamed Red Snapper Teo Chew Style, Roasted Boneless Duck with Mango Salad, New Zealand Mussel Masak Rendang, Ayam Masak Tomato Ros, Stir-fried Black Pepper Venison, Kerutuk Daging and Kambing Gulai Kawah, all delicious served with a hot bowl of steamed white rice.  

Diners can look forward to indulging in mouth-watering desserts like Baked Hazelnut Creme Brulee, Dark Chocolate Truffle Cake, Apple Strudel, Caramel Custard, Lemon Meringue Pie, Bubur Pulut Hitam, Bubur Kacang Hijau with Durian, Sago Gula Melaka, Assorted Ice Creams, Ice Kacang with Condiments, Assorted Malay Kuihs, Assorted French Pastries, Chocolate Fountain with Condiments and of course, an assortment of fresh cut fruits.

Gen@10 Japanese Restaurant

Father’s Day Buffet Dinner                                     : RM88.00++ per person

They say the way to a man’s heart is to his stomach. Take him to Gen@10 for a memorable Japanese dining experience as our brigade of chefs have prepared an extensive buffet spread your Dad will not be able to resist. There are more than seventy dishes consisting of both traditional Japanese fare as well as fusion dishes ranging from appetizers of Assorted Sushi and Sashimi to hot items such as Teppanyaki and Teriyaki, Nabe (hot pot), Seafood and Vegetable Tempura, Soba, Udon and Robatayaki (grilled meat and seafood).

Among the delicious items served include Gen@10’s signature Double-boiled Burdock Soup, Baked Snail with Egg sauce, Steamed Scallop with Seaweed, Lamb Rolls, Japanese Style Braised Beef with Radish, Baked Oysters, Saba Shoyaki Kaki-age (Grilled Mackerel), Stuffed Crabs, Potato Spring Rolls and Chawanmushi.
