Nasi Beriyani, a popular rice dish and staple of Mughlai cuisine, takes centre stage at Coffee House this October. Relish aromatic rice cooked to perfection, accompanied by an assortment of meat and seafood dishes. Highly recommended is the Ayam Goreng Berempah, where tender pieces of chicken thigh are marinade and deep – fried till crispy on the outside yet the meat remains moist and juicy. The same method of preparation is also avaible for mackerel fillets. Meanwhile prawns lovers will enjoy the Gulai Udang Harimau, made using fresh tiger prawns. Other recommended dishes include the fragrant Rendang Daging and Rendang Kambing.
