Cake of the Month at Lobby Lounge - Wild Raspberry Pound Cake

Wild Raspberry Pound Cake will be the highlight for Lobby Lounge’s Cake of the Month offering this month. The ubiquitous yet buttery rich pound cake has been given a twist with the addition of tangy raspberry pieces and swirls of raspberry jam in the batter. Baked till golden brown the cake is then decorated with light vanilla buttercream with toasted almond flakes on the side.
