This Chinese New Year, Lobby Lounge is delighted to introduce its Cake of the Season. Luscious red bean mousse, made from premium red bean puree, fresh cream and white chocolate are sandwiched between layers of fragrant vanilla sponge. The cake is then decorated with firecrackers made from marzipan. For an added dose of ‘prosperity’, gold ingots are used as the finishing festive touch.
