For January 2013, Lobby Lounge introduces the Blueberry Crème Brulee Cheesecake. A surprisingly simple concoction of double cream, eggs and cream cheese, mixed with fresh and pureed blueberries, are poured onto a layer of fragrant biscuit crumbs. The mixture is then steam baked to produce that subtle yet satisfyingly smooth texture that resembles crème brulee.
An ideal treat any time of the day, the Blueberry Crème Brulee Cheesecake goes well with hot cup of tea or freshly brewed coffee.
