Pudding with Vanilla Sauce and a spread of other festive delights.
Be spoilt for choice with a wide
selection of treats specially created for this festive season at the all-day
dining Coffee House. Among the festive specialties for Christmas Eve and Day
Buffet Dinner are appetizers of Breaded
Mussels with Fruit Salad, Poached Prawns
with Pomelo Salad, Fresh Yabbies with Mango Salsa, Smoked Salmon Roll with Asparagus, Julienne Beef on Half Boiled
Egg, Smoked Chicken Breast with Fresh Fruits, Herring Roll with Gherkin and Oyster
Shooter with Tomato Sauce. Also on the appetizer menu are salads and
dressings of different types as well as heart-warming soups of Boston
Lobster Bisque with Crispy Pesto Toast, Cream of Fresh Wild Mushrooms with Truffle Oil and Cream of Roasted Pumpkin.
Expect a variety of salads such
as Fresh Pear & Blue Dressing Salad, Avocado Timbale with Apple and Waldorf Salad. Alternatively, one can
even make his/her own salad at the salad counter accompanied by a selection of
dressings. Apart from our specially flown-in Ocean Crustaceans on Ice comprising fresh Oysters, Mussels and Half
Shell Scallops, other highlights from the mains include Citrus Spiced New Zealand Trout with
Zucchini Stew, Slipper Lobster with White Garlic Sauce, Aussie Rabbit Stew,
Grilled Monk Fish with Black Olive and Lemon, Baked Duck Breast with Sweet
Orange Sauce and Baked Aubergine
Moussaka. One should also give the succulent Grilled Beef Striploin with Avocado-Herb Salsa in Natural Jus, Kalamata Olive Tapanade Crusted Salmon with
Braised Red Cabbage and Corn Salsa as well as Valencia Seafood Paella a try.
Meanwhile, a total of four
separate counters, each serving a selection of Western, Chinese, Malay and
Indian specialties, will leave diners wanting for more. If that is not enough,
there will also be a medley of BBQ seafood and meats comprising prawns,
scallops, baby lobsters, fish, stingray and meats, all served with appetizing
sauces and dips. Additionally there will also be a festival cheeseboard
featuring a variety of cheeses accompanied by breadsticks, dried fruits and
nuts.
End the meal on a sweet note with
the selection of seasonal desserts – traditional Christmas Pudding with Vanilla Sauce, Mincemeat Pie, White Chocolate
Macadamia Yule Log, English Fruitcake,

Restaurant. Featuring a wide selection of Japanese delicacies, have a most
delicious festive feast from our selection of lip-smacking and enticing Japanese
culinary creations for dinner on both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day that is
bound to whet your appetite.
Gather the whole family for a
memorable Yuletide feast in one of our five cosy tatami rooms, or feast at the
main dining area with a magnificent view of Kuala Lumpur skyline while enjoying
a tantalizing selection of over 90 types of dishes comprising sashimi, sushi,
tempura, nabe (hot pot), teppanyaki, yakimono (grilled) and an array of dishes
from the buffet line.
A wide selection of seafood, ranging from fresh Oysters, Juicy Tiger Prawns,
Succulent Snails and Flower Crabs, await diners at the
Seafood on Ice section. Scallops, Hamachi
(Yellowtail), Maguro (Tuna), Sake (Salmon), Ika (Squid) and many more are
also on the list.
For something heart-warming and soupy, head to the Claypot section where Sukiyaki with Beef, Miso Shiru and Grilled Mackerel with Soba Noodles are

are Unagi Kabayaki (Japanese style barbecued
eel), Black Pepper Sanma, Teriyaki Chicken Boxing, Cabbage Rolls, Beef in Puff
