MAMA’S DAY SPECIALS


Every mama deserves to be treated like a queen on Mother’s Day. To commemorate and celebrate this special day, spoil her with an extravagant spread of delectable buffets or a specially prepared set menu which will surely make her day.






















Coffee House

Mother’s Day Buffet Dinner                        : RM82.00++ per person

Treat your mummy, aunty or granny to a splendid array of local and international spread at Coffee House while spending a fun-filled afternoon partaking in exciting games and cake decoration such as Mother’s Day Cake Decoration Competition (games applicable during Hi-Tea). Winners will walk away with goodie bags, accommodation and dining vouchers courtesy of the Hotel.

There are more than fifty dishes to choose from during this special hi-tea while for the buffet dinner over seventy dishes will be offered to tempt all taste buds. For the buffet dinner, diners will be treated to a delectable spread of appetizers such as Seafood Terrine, Prawn Cocktail in Glass with Mango, Smoked Tenggiri Patè and Poached Salmon with Dill Cream. Tasty soups include Aloe Vera with Mushroom & Minced Chicken Soup and Cream of Fresh Wild Mushroom and Truffle Oil served with Garlic Toast.



Head over to the Main Course section for specialties such as Grilled Chicken Breast with Homemade Watercress Pesto, New Zealand Oxtail Ragu Jardinière, Steamed Chicken Cantonese Style, Hong Kong Baby Brassica with Garlic and many more. Among the selections offered at the action stalls are Roasted Australian Beef Strip Loin, Baked Fish Fillet with Spinach in Filo Pastry, Nyonya Curry Laksa with Condiments and Grilled Fresh Seafood & Choice Cut of Meats served with an assortment of sauces and dips.

Be sure to leave some space for our delightful desserts, featuring Strawberry Mousse, Baked Hazelnut Crème Brulee, American Baked Cheesecake, Pumpkin Panna Cotta, Hazelnut Meringue, Chocolate Fountain with Various fruits and marshmallows as well as local desserts like Bubur Kacang Hijau with Durian, Chinese Pancake, freshly cut fruits and assortment of mouthwatering Ice Creams.

Treat the most important woman in your life to a memorable Japanese dining experience. Indulge in a tempting buffet with fresh Sushi and Sashimi to hot items such as Teppanyaki and Teriyaki, Nabe (hot pot), Seafood and Vegetable Tempura, Soba, Udon and Robatayaki (grilled meat and seafood).

Some of the items served include Dancing Prawns, Beef Tataki, Breaded Tiger Prawn in Skewer, Pollack Fillet in Bean Curd Skin, Takoyaki with Cheese Sauce, Beef Teriyaki Fried Rice, Japanese Style Braised Beef with Radish, Seafood Ebiko Pasta and Japanese Fish Cake in Chicken Broth.

If mom’s craving for Oriental cuisine, the award-winning Halal Muzeum Chinese Restaurant will be the perfect choice. Our chefs have lined up four different set menus specially created to express appreciation to our beloved mothers.

Among the scrumptious dishes included in these special menus are Deluxe Four Happiness Hot & Cold Combination, Double-Boiled Ginseng Chicken Soup, Muzeum Seafood Fiesta, Steamed Snapper Teochew Style, Wok-Fried Tiger Prawns with Lemongrass and Curry Leaves, Baked Fresh Water Prawns with Cheese, Scallops in Spicy Butter Cream Sauce. Braised Crabmeat in Money Bag served with Garden Greens and Steamed Glutinous Rice in Lotus Leaf Hong Kong Style.

End your meal on a sweet note with Chilled Almond Jelly with Longan and Aloe Vera, Chilled Sugar Cane Juice with Longan and Snow Fungus and Cream of Avocado with Vanilla Ice Cream. What’s more, each guest will receive a complimentary slice of Red Velvet Cake (applicable only for set menu RM788++ and above (per table of 10 persons)).
