served as symbols of new life during Spring. Easter eggs were originally
painted with beautiful vibrant colours to signify the sunlight of spring and were
used in Easter egg-rolling contests or given as Easter gifts. These unique
custom and tradition have inspired our team of chefs to come up with a special
menu during this festivity.
Choose from the lavish array of delectable spread, including some
exceptional Easter favourites such as Hot

Assorted Yong Tau Foo with Chee Cheong Fan, Steamed Crab Stick Rolls with Egg
Sauce and Braised Hokkien Mee.
