EASTER-LICIOUS BRUNCH

Make this Easter a special and memorable one by hopping over to Coffee House, which will transform its usual Sunday Hi-Tea to a warm Easter Brunch. It is an ideal time to celebrate with family and friends, including an eggs-travagant buffet spread, while the children can enjoy a fun-filled afternoon of eggs-citing games and activities. The Easter Brunch is available on 8 April 2012 at RM60.00++ per adult and RM30.00++ per child.

 

Easter is often associated with eggs, bunnies and the joyous springtime. Eggs symbolize new life and rebirth. While rabbits represent fertility as they are known to be the most fertile animals, and served as symbols of new life during Spring. Easter eggs were originally painted with beautiful vibrant colours to signify the sunlight of spring and were used in Easter egg-rolling contests or given as Easter gifts. These unique custom and tradition have inspired our team of chefs to come up with a special menu during this festivity.

Choose from the lavish array of delectable spread, including some exceptional Easter favourites such as Hot Cross Buns, Easter Cake, Easter Bunny Sandwiches and Easter Chocolate Eggs. Satisfy your tastebuds with some of the not to be missed dishes which include Baked Eggplant Moussaka with Hard Boiled Eggs, Dauphinoise Potatoes & Quail Gratin, Breaded Fish Fingers with Sesame and Polonaise Brussels Sprouts and Parisienne Carrots.

Asian favourites include Coffee House’s famous Nasi Lemak with Condiments, Sambal Bawang Sotong, Stir Fried Chicken with Honey Lemon on Crispy Bowl, Ayam Masak Beriyani, Assorted Yong Tau Foo with Chee Cheong Fan, Steamed Crab Stick Rolls with Egg Sauce and Braised Hokkien Mee.

Be sure to leave some space for our selection of mouthwatering desserts like Egg Jelly, Croquem Bouche, Savarin Mango Mousse, Crème Caramel, American Brownies, Marble Cake, Coffee Gugelhupf, Egg-shaped Agar-Agar, Assorted French Pastries and selection of seasonal fruits.

Apart from the enjoyable spread of Easter favourites, there will also be games and activities lined up for the children, such as Easter Eggs Treasure Hunt and Easter Bunny Colouring Competition.
