Thin layers of strawberry sponge alternate between luscious layers of cranberry mousse containing tangy cranberry pieces and crushed Oreo biscuits. The cake is then coated with thick, glossy cranberry jelly and garnished with chocolate and strawberry pieces for that final touch.
